How can you pay up to 100% commission?
The business runs on the monthly plan, not on clipping your commission. You pay a flat fee for the brokerage and the platform. The deals you introduce are yours. On Elite the full 100% applies up to AED 25,000 of commission a month, and 95% above that.
Which deals can I register on Lite?
Every plan registers primary, secondary and rental deals. Lite is free. You can change plan from your account at any time.
What happens when I cancel?
Your plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for, everything stays open until then, and nothing further is charged. You can change your mind before that date. Elite carries a six-month minimum term: you can cancel at any time and there is no exit fee, but the cancellation takes effect at the end of the term, and the months until then are billed monthly as usual.
How fast do payouts land?
Your payout is initiated within one working day of the funds reaching our account, in writing, through a proper escrow-backed structure. No waiting weeks.
Do I have to leave my current brokerage?
You trade under our licensed brokerage on the platform. We handle the switch, and there’s no lock-in.
What if I manage a team?
